This week's book I'm featuring is something a bit different in the paranormal genre. Gargoyles! Sometimes the genre can be overcrowded with vampires and werewolves. It's nice to see something fresh.

This week, I'm showcasing The Girl Who Circumnavigated Fairyland in a Ship of Her Own Making by Catherynne M. Valente. I didn't receive this for review per se, but I won it in a recent giveaway on Stepping Out of the Page's blog. I'm definitely drawn to the book because of its quirky title and all-around cuteness. I can't wait to have this reviewed on my blog!
